With Q3 over, it's time for #teambzb to reflect on 2019 so far and plan for what 2020 has in store.

It's fair to say that it's been a settling in quarter for all of us. Whlist we've all worked in the managed services sector for a long time, we've never before had the ability to rapidly react to our clients needs as they arise or are highlighted. bzb IT was founded to change the way managed services are provisioned, we've loved the last quarter for the pure fact that it's opened our eyes to how much of an impact we can have on the clients we work with, that just isn't present in the industry. 

Kudos has to go to Drag for the work he's put in this month. His personal skills have enabled him to embed in our clients businesses and provide the strategic input needed to create the long term strategy for their IT infrastructure. It's never a final destination but he's really thrown himself into the journey and it's culminating in measurable and actionable results, our clients couldn't ask for more!

Whilst specific  strategy is great and needed, the main benefit of an organised MSP is automation and Tom's been hard at work adding to our remote monitoring and management tool. We use an RMM for every single endpoint we manage, giving both visiblilty and centralised change to all accounts. As time goes on, we're adding more and more technical features to the service. As both workplace flexibility and cyber security is paramount to us, Tom highlighted the need to encrypt every single laptop that we manage. We now automatically encrypt all laptops and securely retreive / store the required key.  

Onwards and upwards

We're excited to announce that we have a new member of staff joining us in the next couple of weeks. Josef will be joining the team as our business development manager, his goal is to introduce the wider community to bzb IT and demonstrate the value that our services add to SMEs. 

As part of planning for the expected growth in 2020, we plan on spending the back end of 2019 building more technical processes that will help us streamline our operations and ensure that our clients are continually receiving the exceptional level of service that they're currently accustomed to.
